Diagnostic Wax Up Service

We help to create a patient’s new smile while following principles of occlusion and smile design.  

 

Diagnostic cases should begin with a facebow record or Kois Dento Facial Analyzer .

 

In most cases we will begin with duplicating the original casts to preserve the initial situation. 

 

We will provide a tooth colored wax-up, polyvinyl impressions of the wax-up for direct provisional fabrication, clear reduction guides to be used during tooth preparation and a written evaluation and recommendation for treatment sequencing.
