We aim for a 10-business-day or less turnaround on most cases. For complex or full-arch cases, we recommend pre-scheduling to help us align with your seating dates.
Do you accept digital impressions?
Yes — we’re fully digital! We accept STL files from all major intraoral scanners. If you’re new to digital workflows, we’ll walk you through the steps.
Can I talk directly to a technician?
Absolutely. We believe in open communication. If you have a question about your case, you’ll speak to someone who actually worked on it — not a call center.
Do you offer help with treatment planning or case sequencing?
Yes — especially for full-arch, occlusion-based, and bite splint cases. We’re happy to review records and collaborate on the best approach before fabrication begins.
Do you outsource any work overseas?
No. All of our products are crafted right here in the U.S., under our direct supervision, using FDA-approved materials.
What’s your remake policy?
Our remake rate is under 2%, but if something’s off, we’ll make it right — fast. Just give us a call and we’ll take care of it.
What’s the best way to submit a case?
You can use our digital RX forms, upload photos, and submit STL files through our online portal — or send a physical case with a printed RX and UPS label. We’re happy to accommodate your workflow.
